This is a wonderful park which is our home away from home after wintering in Arizona. The staff are friendly and helpful and the residents visit each other. In addition the city of Canby has all the amenities we need.

Really great little park. The location is nice because it is close to Portland and the airport. The laundry room and bathroom is nice and clean. The manager is friendly and very helpful. The maintenance man has been helpful with all of my RV questions. I feel very comfortable and safe at this park and enjoy calling it my home.

My husband and I with our 2 daughters have stayed here for about 6 months and were very happy here. The management were very kind and helpful, the neighbors were friendly, and it was a quiet park. The Molalla river is awesome for kids and dogs, I can't say anything bad about this place. Canby is a cute little town with grocery stores nearby, can't complain. If we ever come back into town, we will definitely stay here again 😊

We stayed here for a month over the summer. Sara was very friendly and recommended some sites to see while in the area (which were awesome). The sites are pretty cramped (think sardines) but were manageable. I would recommend avoiding the overnight sites here if you're much longer than 30' or have slides on both sides of your camper. There isn't a designated pet area, but they are allowed down by the river and there are spots of grass throughout the park; just make sure you clean up after your pet! The highway noise wasn't too terrible; especially after most people had finished their evening commute home. Overall, we had a good stay here and would welcome the chance to stay again!
