I cut the fingers of my dominant hand, not off, but close. The hospital ER sent me to Vancouver clinic for repair once stabilized, what I was left with was....life-changing. Everyone I came into contact with said I just had to get in to see Dr. Wong, and I was lucky enough to be successful in getting an appointment. He gave me my life back! I was coming to grips with the fact that we would probably need to cut at least one if my fingers off, it was just always going to be in the way, there are activities that I had once lived for, made me feel full and alive and I just wouldn't be able to do them anymore. Dr Wong gave all of that back! What the other surgeon had said was "the best I could get" was FAR from my best. I still have all if my fingers, and can move them all. Not only is Dr. Wong an exceptional surgeon, he is kind and encouraging, never has he made me feel weak or that my questions were a nuisance, quite the opposite. It was clear that it is important to him that I am educated about processes and potential outcomes, he genuinely cares about his patients and the work he does. This attitude is reflected in all of the staff that I encounter at Rebound, they all want to be there, want to do the best for people. I can't say enough wonderful things, I will be forever grateful for the team at Rebound.

Wonderful experience. From the time I entered the reception room until the time I left the offices everything was great. Absolutely courteous and friendly staff, efficient office arrangement , comfortable exam room. All in all a very good meeting with my surgeon and preparation for my knee replacement surgery.
