I don’t usually leave reviews but this place really just left a bad mark. It’s not even the 2 and half hour waits that bothers me, it’s the rude older front desk lady who ALWAYS has an attitude.I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt the first couple times like maybe she’s having a bad day but no, she’s has a bad life and obviously chose the wrong career and it’s made her miserable, she needs to find something that makes her happy. Reading these other reviews let’s me know I’m not the only one. She’s unprofessional and makes you feel bad for asking simple questions like what time it is. The extra star is only for the few staff that made me feel welcomed and they don’t have to do a lot when some of their coworkers are so rude. Since COVID started I also feel like the place has become a factory… and not an organized one, just animals in and out without a care and a few times there seemed to be miscommunication on what shots my pet was getting, I don’t like that, I shouldn’t have to worry about my cat being injected with stuff twice or with something completely wrong. Definitely looking for another place to go, and that bitter old lady that works there should do the same, or maybe retire. women like her really encourage me to never settle in life until I’m truly content. I hope I never get so miserable I put it on everyone around me. I know working with the public is hard, but being kind to people that have done nothing to you might make it a bit easier, was definitely ready to cuss her out and give her a reason to be mad lol.

Despite there being a lline waiting for the clinic to open, I had a great experience at the Companion Pet Clinic. We don't get to go inside the clinic with our pets, but it's understandable because of COVID. The community at Companion Pet Clinic is great, and I enjoyed my time. The pet care is also excellent!

I’ve taken my cat here 2 times so far it’s a walk in so it does take a little to get seen but I think that’s normal it’s a busy place. my cat had to stay the night and I was so worried but he seemed like he was fine and wasn’t stressed at all he even had a accident on himself and the tech gave him a bath which showed she really cared for him! I don’t spend a arm and a leg when I come here! And the doctor I had was really nice and even called me to give me an update on my kitty the day he was coming home. The staff I’ve dealt with haven’t given me a attitude and have been pretty nice to me I think as long as you are nice they will be just as nice back!

I made an appointment with this clinic for a huge growth on the inside of my dogs mouth. The earliest they would see me was over a week away but I waited. I called the day before the appointment for another dog only to find that they don't do appointments, nor do the make appointments to see dogs they dont already have in their clinic. The receptionist had no care that I now had to start over finding a vet who would see this poor dog and hung up on me. This is the level of care these people have for suffering animals.

Not that I've been told. Walk it's only with the exception of appointments for surgeries.
I would suggest that since my pet was bleeding and 5 other locations I called gave me a 3 week waiting. That being able to walk into their lobby and waiting a few hours was my only option and was the only humane option for my pet to be seen that day.
Public answer here. I think dip is better then drops but probably doesn't last as long. Think dip is good for 7 days. The drops (3 major brands) quit working on my dogs a while back. I get one of the 13 week pills now.
If you are looking to retrieve your animal, they offer microchipping. Pet Insurance normally would be offered through an insurance agency or like AKC.
They have discount vaccine days and discount dental days but I am not aware of a senior discount.
One day a week, the rates for vaccines are lower as well as microchipping. I am not sure about other services, but I have learned if you ask the front desk pointed questions like: is there a discount day for this or that? They can directly answer this and most likely refer you out to another agency that does lower cost animal care, like clinics set up at stores or something of the like, if they are aware of any. Also, I have learned that One doctor specializes in this or that and prefers to work or maybe needs to practice a certain number of hours to continue their education. And maybe the one you might prefer is working a different day. The doctors are individuals with different education and personalities. As well as the other staff who work there.
Call Companion and they will answer your quest in ons. Very good about that.
