My first visit was just walking in to book new appointments and had an awesome experience with great customer service. Then at our first official appointment they were so good with my cats and very helpful, kind and knowledgeable. (I have rescues with health issues) I've been struggling getting good care for my older guy and they have helped me feel relief in knowing he is actually getting the care he needs now!! Highly reccomend this clinic

I showed a few minutes late for my initial (like, first ever) appointment and they were gracious, thank goodness. My dog hardly stood still on the scale and the response was to giggle and get the best weight we could. They asked about the issue I was having a month ago when the appointment was made. That surprised me. It had mostly resolved itself and we chatted about that and any other concerns I had with the dog. The vet tech and veterinarian were thorough, understanding, and compassionate. Great staff, awesome vet, and frankly reasonable pricing. Having a pet isn't cheap and Mt. Hood Pet Medical didn't hurt my pocketbook more than expected. One note: if you're making an initial appointment with them, they will take a payment over the phone to make sure you're coming and to hold the spot. Sounds like them and many other vets have been overwhelmed with people getting pandemic pets. Be patient and understanding. The service will make that initial wait to be seen there 100% worth it. 👍👍👍

The visit went very well, and the staff was great! The only negative was when I made the appointment for my two canines. The explanation of first visit costs were not explained, until the appointment. The first visit takes longer, so it's understandable it cost a little more. We will definitely be going back, already have appointments made for spay!

Our first time here and we loved our experience! The doctor was so informative, unbiased and kind. She asked us questions other vets had not and was very helpful. The front ladies were very welcoming and I appreciated how they asked before petting our puppy. I loved how the assistant was very sweet, straightforward and let us know every detail regarding our appointment/what to expect etc. We really enjoyed our time there and will most definitely be back!
