I can't speak to the veterinary care itself as I've never taken my pet here, but the customer service is very good. Kennedie helped me get a prescription food card from a written prescription my vet gave me even though Banfield was actually closed when I got there! The hours PetSmart has posted are incorrect. I really appreciate it as I had to go a ways to find a place with the food stocked. Thank you!

Errors with scheduling on their end on more than one occasion. The first time caused a delay with one of my puppy's vaccines. They seemed indifferent. I understand they deal with a lot of ridiculous people, but I really like my puppy and it's not very fun for me to bring him there.

I feel so blessed to have a vet that cares! Companion Pet Clinic killed my late fur baby by refusing emergency care while he was dying in my car. I will never return. Since I have been with Banfield it has been kindness and focused on my new pup. They are thorough and take the time to dig deep and to make sure you know everything. Love Banfield 💕

Everyone were very nice and understanding about my pets needs took care of her, found out what the problem was sent her home with meds. And instructions, called me a couple days later to see how she was doing answered all my questions and called again few days after last phone call highly recommend if you have emergency take your pet there I give 5 stars! Highly Recommend them for any of your emergency needs.

No, but you can call us during hospital hours for urgent care advice. Depending on the situation, we can help provide a referral for urgent care, specialty providers, or to an emergency hospital. During non-hospital hours, please contact your local emergency hospital.

You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
Hi Nicole - We do not have payment plans and payment is required at the time of service. There are options that make care more affordable such as our Optimum Wellness Plans and Care Credit.
