Wow. Where to start. Firstly I paid in advance. Poor decision. I was in need of a crown and a partial denture for my lower teeth. I now have 3 poorly fitted partials and 1 crown that still isn't affixed after 3 attempts to cement it. That at least is the end result. My first appointment involved a young woman who wasn't yet sure how to use the xray machine. I should have taken it as some sort of clue. I didn't. The day I arrived to set my crown and do measurements for my partial the dentist was late. The dental assistant was notably upset. She also was unaware that I was to be measured for my partial after my crown was cemented. She was again visibly upset. The dentist that morning let her know to use the new 3d measuring tool. She didn't know how to use it and became even more upset. To the point of blaming me. It took 1 hour to get the measurements and she cut my mouth MANY times. I arrived later at a scheduled date to pick up my partial. Waited 1 hour and was told that my partial was not there. I asked to see the office manager at this point. I was unaccustomed to being treated aggressively and being called for appointments that wouldn't actually happen. I wanted reassurance that I'd simply experienced a fluke. And that all would be taken care of. I rescheduled for pick up my partial at a later date. I picked it up and it didn't fit. It cut into my jaw. So they shaved it down. I had several appointments to fix it. It never fit. They ordered another one. Meanwhile (I get the timeliness confused) my crown has been popping off. I had a total of 3 partials. None of which fit. And they only have one drill bit that works for their flexlite . They destroyed at least 1 using the wrong drill bit. The poorly fit partial caused a bone spur. I mentioned that I thought it might be a spur. Dentist Todd Said nope. I just needed my gums lanced (cut) many times at the gum line to promote..... who knows. It hurt, I bled. It was unhelpful. I arrived back soon after in pain and unable to wear my partial. Dentist Todd then agreed that there was indeed a bone spur where the partial had been cutting into me. He surgically removed it and stitched me up. My crown fell off again. They re measured me for my 3rd partial. And re glued my crown. The new partial doesn't fit. And oh. My crown fell off again. Super glad I paid in advance.. just kidding

I am always nervous about going to the dentist but I had the sweetest workers from the checkout lady to the dentist. And they also allowed me to set up a payment plan!

My husband went in with agonizing pain , he was told his jaw was full of infection and didn’t even prescribe antibiotics. Referred to an oral surgeon who can’t get him in till June 3 so called aspen back they prescribe an antibiotic and we were told it could take two weeks to get any relief so we asked for pain medication and Dr Alpert wouldn’t prescribe anything . I said a few choice words and that we are almost 70 and like looking for a high. They still denied him so I hope all of them get the same amount of pain my husband is in now dealing with and hasn’t slept for almost a week . My dog gets better dental care then Aspen gives humans

The staff at Aspen were very genuine and helpful. I came in to get some scans on my teeth as I prepare for Invisalign treatment. The staff helped me each step of the way and reassured me that they would take care of my future smile. I highly recommend this clinic!
