They have discount vaccine days and discount dental days but I am not aware of a senior discount.
I very very much doubt they do... Can't guarantee it, but judging by their attitude & over all professionalism, I wouldn't count on it...
No they do not you should check out Portland animal welfare (PAWS). They offer low income program everything is free. Meds food shots doctor visits etc
