I am very happy with my experience by Kelly’s Appliance Salem store. I purchased a replacement KitchenAid dishwasher. The salesman Jase Dye was very knowledgeable about the product I was looking for. I was confident that I got the appliance for the best price. The appliance took awhile to arrive but the delay was worth the wait. I was impressed with the installer who was very knowledgeable about this product. He arrived on schedule and made sure that I had all my questions answered before he left.

This is our second time purchasing an appliance from Kelly's. Both times were treated respectfully and never felt any pressure to purchase from them. Our salesman was polite, answered our questions and left us alone to make our own decisions. He was very knowledgeable. They seem to have a huge selection to choose from. We will definitely be back when we need another appliance.

While waiting 11 months for a microwave was quite frustrating, Tamara Wells did a great job of keeping us informed with monthly e-mails letting us know they were still waiting and she let us know immediately when it finally did arrive. We have made other appliance purchases from Kelly's and always been very satisfied with the customer service we received, and we realize the delay was not the fault of Kelly's. Even in the face of "supply chain issues" they continued their great customer service, so we will not hesitate to buy there again.

I worked with Rex over the course of one year purchasing appliances for our new home. We built during the COVID Pandemic (2020-2021) so there were issues with inventory as well as construction delays. I felt very taken care of by Rex and the Kelly’s staff. They were always polite and helpful. I was kept informed about the status of my orders. We had delays in construction and Kelly’s stored our appliances until we were ready for installation. I was treated well and got quality products for a reasonable price! I’m a very happy customer.

Maybe give us a call so I better understand if you need repair work or just a new dryer hose.
They told us that we would receive a window of several hours for delivery a day before the delivery date. Then the day of delivery, the driver would contact us shortly before delivery. You should call in the morning and see if they can provide a better delivery time.
Hi - we currently have several common practice policies in place. We follow the Oregon healthy authority guidelines. A few examples - we take daily temperature of all employees, social distance, wipe down common areas etc. Hope this helps!
