Not the greatest location. Confused who works there. Some guy with a name tag leaning on the customer side of the desk talking. Noone even asked if we needed help. Lay out is a little rough with the size.

Cashier was very rude. I asked for two Pokémon event cards, one for myself and one for my kid WHO WAS RIGHT THERE, and she would only give us one. That was scrapped off partially. She was probably hoarding them for herself. My daughter and I play on separate files, how are we supposed to use one code?! I’m a mom so I just go without or does my daughter go without because she’s a kid?!

It’s GameStop, took my daughter here, staff were helpful but the store was too small to carry what my daughter needed, staff were really knowledgeable, So I give it a 4 star for effort.

Sure, you trade in your old one, get a used cleaned one and then they clean your old one and replace the used one you just bought.
GameStop doesn't buy back any of those things. Console Video Games only. PS4, Xbox, Switch etc.
definitely to small for back Friday crowds
This store opens an hour later than all the other GameStops in lincoln. They follow mall hours.
