I go to refill a simple gas grill bottle. I get inside store and ask to have a bottle refilled. Then it seems like I bothered the individual sitting behind the desk with such a simple question and task. I ask about having a gauge installed on the tank and he wants to sell me a dum scale to weight the dum tank. I ask don't you sell gauges to tell you when tank is low and about to run out ? Huh ? Huh ? Yeah he says there 20 or 30 dollars but you don't want that. I didn't ask which one as he doesn't know. Seems like price changes apond his daily aditude or mood mabe. I would rate there service as negative 5 stars if i could. Don't go there if you value your life. Your dealing with propane. You may not survive and the place could blow up with the goof behind the desk that doesn't know customer service, prices or how to deal with incoming customer. I don't trust them filling my propane bottle and being around so im not going back there as i value my life. Waste of my time and gas going here. I now understand why american businesses are going in the toilet..You have been warned.. Just go on Amazon there $14.95 free shipping and Go simple Kwik shop got tank exchange.

Love tall morning guy who fills tank without overtorqueing it. Got the great tall guy early in morning this time, so I edited my review and upped the stars from 1 star rating to 5 star rating. I will drop it again if I get an overtorqued tank. I do NOT like the other guys to fill my tanks and tighten it hard and then charge me for the new valve replacement plus a recertification fee. And, now that guy tightened the new valve down too tight for me. I am a WOMAN! Do not make my family cold because you are showing your MANSTRENGTH and breaking my valves and making it so my all-girl family is cold without propane heat.

I very rarely make a bad review. But these people seem to hate working and have the worst attitude and people skills ever.. Yelling on the loudspeaker outside of the business as you approach with a 20lb tank which was left outside as asked, Then being asked if you are deaf when you walk inside?.. Being told that your brand new torch with factory crimps is unsafe and that they will not sell you parts unless you pay them to have them make you custom lines with the same style crimps that the torch already has that are brand new.. This place really is insane. The lady was beyond rude. Will be sure to let people know of the experience so they never have to deal with them like myself and as it looks many other have.
