Was at the hospital last night due to my dad being very Ill Non responsive and memory loss. The staff was a joke as soon as you enter the hospital seem to me they hated the field they chose. One nurse was very rude to my sick father he had to use the restroom and starts putting my dad on blast about a incident that happened earlier. Stating you guys dodge a bullet with a smirk on her face like it was a joke. Then another nurse wants to tell the family that we have bomb rushed the hospital with phone calls to visits they can't do there job. WHAT. Never been but I just saw a video on YouTube of that RN saving that man’s life when he literally died in the emergency room car port. She ran out, realized it was serious and had another nurse get more people and a stretcher as she stayed preforming CPR on him. She jumped on top of him as they pushed him inside on the stretcher the entire time she was preforming CPR and chest compressions. What a brave young lady. I’m sure this is only one incident that happened to be caught on tape that our brave nurses do daily to save our lucky lives but I felt that, although she remains nameless, it deserved to be part of the reviews so people know there are staff that cares at this place.

WOW! We didn't have good experience in past because my mom was always put in hallway in ER. But I have to consider they are always so busy. Same thing this time due to so many people but once she was admitted for sepsis and got a room she was treated like a queen! The nurses were so nice and helpful, we didn't even mind that we were in a shared room. Nurse Megan was the best! She actually took time to listen to everything my mom said and brought her anything she needed and made her comfortable. And even when her neighbor was being difficult or loud with nurses, my mom said they were still so kind to her. My mom has been there 4 days now and this has really changed my mind about the hospital. I know it's frustrating that the wait time is so long in ER or overcrowded and they have people in hallways but they don't turn anyone away. Like a nurse told us, people don't understand and want everything right away when they don't know that the other nurses are helping other people or someone might be bleeding out in next room or heart attack ECT. They are doing best they can with a smile on their face, even if they skipped their break. We need to be more patient with them in the ER. But I have to give a 5 star to them for the way we were treated and that they actually listened to her and not rushed out❤️

Do not use this hospital if at all possible! My husband was in 2 weeks ago for surgery to repair some stomach issues. His GI, Dr. Nair, was great as were all the good people working in bldg D telemetry. However, when he transferred to surgical recovery, everything went south. The quality of care was abominable, attention to his needs deplorable, and finally I had to tell them I was taking him home regardless of what they thought. It appeared to me they were deliberately trying to keep him there by claiming he had all these other conditions (TB, infections, pneumonia). He had and has none of these. None of the staff could seem to get their stories straight on why he was still there and why they continued to treat him with an antibiotic for pneumonia that wasn't doing anything. I wonder why? Could it be he didn't have pneumonia? Yes. This facility used to provide quality care, but over many years it has gone further and further in the tank. Again, I say, do not use this facility if you can find something else. Your body will thank you.
