I dropped off passengers. The driver seemed very friendly. The only concern I could see is there are no restrooms to use before getting on the shuttle.

The shuttle itinerary said it would depart at 4:20 from the Hilton, I've arrived at 4:15 and it had already moved. Called em complaining and they've moved me to the next bus at 5:20. I waited there and He picked me up and moved on to the next stop at 5:05. 15 mins ahead of schedule 🙂. They are obviously pretty flexible without disclosing it.

Well worth the ride, no worries with any of the "what ifs" driving your own wheels 2 or from PDX.. Had a great return trip home 2 Salem Weds8/21 by a skilled & confident driver, very sorry didn't catch his name, used lollipops 2 do a headcount, hats off 2 you Sir.. Thanks again, peace..

Picked up my mother at the Salem airport after she took Hut down from PDX. This service is great as it saves you not only time but gas money and wear and tear on your vehicle as well. The only downside is that they don't always arrive on time. So if you have drive in from any distance you might call ahead to see if the bus is on time and be prepared to wait for a while if it's traveling during a busy time of the day (they have the same travel time for all trips).
