i talked to Ashley. didn’t take my insurance ,but didn’t offer for me to pay in full. had to make them right down other urgent cares to refer me to and didn’t make the effort to call them to see if they took my insurance for me. Didn’t really seem like they cared about their job. Very unpleased. “Urgent Care”.

I have been using Providence in Canby for years and had to have blood drawn there today.The girls at the desk are always quick to greet me and check me in. Very friendly and professional. Crystal did my draw and was also very kind asking several times if I was OK during the procedure. I am so glad I have this facility close by and will always highly recommend them to family and friends.

Great Place if you want to feel like a number being pushed through the health care system. Urgent Care is great, Family practice needs a great deal of work. They are understaffed and there are no female MD's. I just want to go to a medical office where they understand I am a human, one that has minimal medical needs - but when I need help, I need help. Not a phone call saying sorry, we need to change your appointment because … because… because…..(yes, this has happened 75% of the time). On the search for a new family provider.

I updated my review because of recent great experiences there. I previously gave a negative review because they had a practitioner that did a bad job, but the doctor I always see there does a great job and the staff is always nice. I recommend asking to see the doctor if the practitioner seems off. Otherwise 5 stars.
