Very nice people to work with Steve is a really great guy. I love that I got text messages for the updates on my vehicle. They have a car rental place next door and had told them I was coming so they would be ready for me when I dropped off my vehicle for repairs so I could have my rental available without a long wait. Such great customer service everyone said hi to me as they walked by me, it makes you feel good and makes you want to come back if you ever have to hopefully I won’t get hit again. My dad was an auto body specialist and I grew up around paint and repairs I’m picky and trust me I have not accepted my car several times from other places and made them replace parts and start over. So if I say go here take a chance and try them out I think you will be very happy.

The team at Mackin's did a stellar job repairing my 2016 4-runner and even finished a day early! The staff was just an added bonus to the great quality of work accomplished. Never worked with a better place. Very professional, friendly, honest, and communicative. Truck blew a tire, ruining the fender and other parts of the truck. They bent over backwards to make this as easy as possible for me. They worked directly with my insurance company and set up the rental car for me. They kept me apprised of the progress via text and phone calls. They let me know of additional damage unseen by the appraisal and got those repairs approved through the insurance. I'd recommend them to anyone needing body work.

Estimates usually take 15-30 minutes to complete. We have plenty of space for you to sit and enjoy refreshments while you wait. If you’re in a big hurry, we’ll be happy to provide it via FAX or E-mail.
Every repair is different, but many repairs can be completed within a week. A detailed estimate will enable us to give you a better estimate of when your car will be done. Please keep in mind that heavily damaged vehicles may take significantly longer to fix.
While we recommend scheduling an appointment to expedite the process as efficiently as possible, our professionals are available from 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM Monday through Friday to help.

While we don’t provide free cars, we’ll have Enterprise Rent-A-Car bring a car to you. In many cases, the expense of your rental may be covered by the insurance company.
Absolutely. Both Enterprise and Hertz will pick up the car from our facility.
Yes. Many insurance companies require that aftermarket and reconditioned parts be used when available. These parts must be like kind and quality. Most major carriers even include this provision in their policy documentation. Keep in mind that we always fully warranty all our work and use only quality parts and materials.
