Awesome shop with lots of unique gear and knowledgeable sales staff. I often walk out with a lot more than intended. They offer financing and have a 10 month layaway plan :)

Seriously, every time I come here I get the most attentive and friendly service! I'm impressed anew every single time. When my daughter and I were in today, Matt and Laura (as usual) gave us top-notch service. Amazing selection and they encourage customers to walk through the store and play anything. It's obvious every time I'm here that this is a great workplace and the employees are happy. Screw Amazon and other large chain stores, buy local and keep your dollars in our community! The service is always better anyway.

I have no doubt Portland music could handle that task but for some reason they can't they'll tell you where you can't have it done
They can but as Bill said, they're limited in scope and may refer elsewhere or ship it out
