Today I walked in blindly and bought a Korg Volca Sample Sequencer, but only after a kind individual had taken the time to talk me through how to use it. After demoing it for a bit, I decided that - even though I had never used one before - I felt confident enough to buy it and learn more about it at home. And now, I can’t stop using it. It’s just the funnest piece of equipment ever and I don’t see myself getting bored of it. Thank you to the kind gentleman who teched me on it!

Great to have this resource and great staff! When I came in I asked if someone could help me get started playing with a synth from a place with zero knowledge & they were generous with their time. Got addicted and kept coming back and using their time and knowledge to decide what I want to do, and I still continue to. They also support local orgs like s1 to increase access to the community.
