My kid just got a bass guitar from here and the employee was great and help us find the perfect one with cables and an Amp, we will come back when it needs work.

Great place for all things instruments and music gear. Whenever I have needed something and wanted it local, I've always been able to find something either new and latest, or used and classic. Never been disappointed. The repair section is great too! If I have had issues with gear, they were thoroughly with you to get it working again. The people who work here are knowledgeable and kind, and willing to help. I highly recommend this place.

Bought myself a used drum kit and spent a good amount of time with the very knowledgeable sales associate testing and swapping out parts to put together something I'm really in love with. As a fledgeling drummer (6 years on an electric kit) I had felt a bit overwhelmed buying an acoustic kit. I didn't want to spend $X,XXX and take it home and be disappointed. But I feel like I got a good deal, learned a few things, and am now addicted to the magical sounds of real cymbals.

Trade-up you have fallen so far from greatness. Took a vintage wah in the other day to sell. They swapped the battery and in doing so messed up the power connections - handed it back and told me it didn't work. I tried out bass cab, thought it didn't work - the bass on the wall had dead preamp battery > I asked, "should I pass this over to get a fresh battery before you put it back on the wall?" >. answer was "oh, we have 9V for sale but not any we can allocate to that brand new bass we're selling so that customers can try it". I'm not sure what else to say about this. The guys at the shop were pretty nice and did know their gear. Hope this review helps some folks, including you guys @ trade up. You used to be awesome, I hope you will be again. (two stars for nostalgia, otherwise would be 1 star review).

If you have a notebook computer, put it on a high shelf and record a video with a time stamp. That way you can easily document your neighbor's behavior to relay to your landlord.
Unlikely they have a mute but because it is a trade in store, call in and check. They may just have one.
