Great staff and great food. I'm not a sour beer guy (which is most of their beer menu) so I only had two beers. The barrel aged nitro, Primordial Noir, had wonderfully complex flavors with the cherries taking Center stage and the bourbon finish having an almost chocolate or coffee ending. The oatmeal stout was great and the fried chicken sandwich was the bomb. Juicy and delicious with just the right amount of crunch. The only knock on the sandwich would be the amount of bun, which was tasty as well.

A must do for sour beer lovers. However, this is not like I remembered it from years ago when I fell in love with the place. I have been waiting for over 4 years to make my return to Portland and visit again only to be underwhelmed by the variety of options. My first visit had so many options that we sat for hours enjoying flights. This was not the same experience as the options are much more limited. But, I enjoyed my flight and left. Just a shame. Maybe it’s because it’s summer now and my last visit was winter so they had a variety of caramel apples and other winter flavors. Oh well.

This is the kind of brewery that you dont find in a lot of places. the selection is incredible, and the portfolio is diverse and interesting. If you're a beer nerd, absolutely mandatory to make a visit here. Get all the flights, the options are too numerous to stick to one beer for your first visit. The food is also awesome, actually well thought out and interesting, rather than the standard fare most breweries have. Love the pairings as well, really a nice touch.

Amazing, complex sours. Great service. And the best beer slushy, unbelievably light and not too sweet. If you enjoy sours, you can't miss this place. Highly recommend the cocoa cardamom and winter sage, but you can hardly go wrong.

don't know but they are distributed in several other countries so I would presume that every US state gets them
6 and 12 bottle shipper boxes are available for purchase and they will tape it up for you
Order at your table (QR codes), masks on for employees, masks required for customers when not at tables. Covered outdoor seating has a high roof line, = decent airflow.
We do this for all patio tables.
Our beer is distributed to all of those states. We don’t ship directly from the brewery, we use distributors. If you would like I could get you a the name of your local distributor.
Yes we do! Our Georgia distributor is Savanah Distributing.
