You call good service being told that your full coverage insurance MEANS NOTHING UNLESS A TREE FALLS ON YOUR VEHICLE - and THEN HAVE FRITZ LAUGH OUT LOUD AT HOW FUNNY IT IS THAT MY POLICY IS WORTHLESS OTHERWISE. 10 years paying and never made a claim only to be set straight by Fritz that STATE FARM ONLY PAYS IF THERE IS COMPLETE DESTRUCTION - IF THEY CAN'T CALL IT TOTALED, YOU'RE OUT OF LUCK. State Farm doesn't get one more penny of my money.

The reason for the three star review is that Mr. Jorge never once came out of his office to introduce himself nor did he call me during the two years I was with his agency.
