I always go here because it's convenient and fast. However, the past couple of times they barely cleaned the inside. Windows were still streaky and nothing really wiped on the inside and I always leave a tip as well. The past 2 times I left regretting it and disappointed. The outside looked good, and should for 35 dollars.

The guys that took care of my car had great customer service but they didn’t do a good job vacuuming inside of my car. I don’t mean any harm but if you pay a hefty price to get your car cleaned inside and out everything should be right. I was the only car there at the time so I’m not understanding why it wasn’t vacuum that good. Now I gotta go vacuum up what they didn’t get.

Everyone was working as a team and very efficiently. This is the first day after snow and rain and everyone is wanting to get their car deep washed. The Autobell team did an excellent job maneuvering all the customers. Kudos!

Came to this autobell location just looking for a basic clean interior and exterior. The people working here are very nice, however my car was far from clean when I got it home. The person working on my car told me he couldn’t get all the dog hair off which I said was okay because sometimes dog hair is just impossible to get rid of. When I got home I realized vacuuming is literally all they did. The trunk area of my SUV hadn’t even been touched(which to be fair maybe they don’t do trunks but it still felt basic to vacuum it out because it is still part of the interior). There were still crumbs in the cup holders. Sticky spots and dirty paw prints were still on the dash/counsel (Both I easily washed off with a wet rag at home). Guess moral of the story is you’d be better off just cleaning your car yourself than bringing it here.
