a very bad service my car was poorly vacuumed, dirty, in conclusion bad bad I feel robbed , I think they should return the money

Service was ok but I paid for a tire clean and the wheels were not cleaned. I had to ask them to go over all the tires. Also they didn't remove my floor mats and vacuum under them. Not that impressed

I haven’t left a review at any place, but after today’s experience at this car wash, I had to come to google! I pulled into the car wash ( never been here as I have just moved from New York ) and hopped in line at the cart! A young man named Gee rang me up. Super polite and helped me figure all the options out. I went through and was asked to hop out for them to start the inside. A man named Cody ( Store Manager ) started talking to me about their unlimited program as I was sitting in the bench ( definitely going to sign up ). It wasn’t the sales pitch that I loved about him, it was the fact we ended our conversation talking about my kids, and what schools they would be going too! Also, how big of a Clemson football fan my husband was! I just loved the personal connection that I was able to get here, and not to mention that my car was beautifully cleaned! The crew members that work here did a tremendous job inside. I even asked if they could try and get some gum off of my dashboard that my kid left, and they were able to scrub it clean! I will definitely be coming here weekly and am so glad my first car washing experience in North Carolina was a good one! 10/10

Tomatoes! I wish they did a better job. I went early to avoid them rushing through the process but even though there was only 1 other car and a pretty comfortably temp day I still received below sub par service. My car was not vacuumed very well neither was it wiped down properlyon the inside. I also payed to get my mats cleaned and all they did was shake it and put it back. This will be my last time visiting any Autobell. They never do a good job. 👎🏾
