Better off just getting a automatic wash. The interior service is horrible. I've been to to several throughout the city and this is my least desired place. It is closer to home. Others I've visited will adjust your seat to vacuum. You can open the door and still see the dirt. I actually vacuumed right in front of them after they vacuumed. Just got home to see more under the seat and on the backseat. Disappointed.......

I definitely see the pattern in the reviews. I went there this morning and the inside of my car was not even touched. Tires barely touched. Spots still present on outside. For the price paid, I would expect better service. Will not be going here again. The service is no longer good there.

Took my truck in to get washed and detailed. Paid for the most expensive package, which included interior wipe down with armor all, leather seat wipe down, vacuum, and tire polish. As you can see from the photos they shined 1 out of 4 tires. The seats were and console were not wiped down at all, and the only the floor mats were the only thing that was vacuumed. The carpet between the door and the seat and under the seats had not been touched. If I had not been is a hurry I would have looked closer before I left. I will never return due to the extreme lack of customer service and poor workmanship. Buyer beware!!

The only good thing I can say is that the car wash machine did a good job and the young man at the front (red hair) was so happy and friendly…..However the inside of my car doesn’t even look like they did anything! Yea, they got my kids fingerprints off the windows and vacuumed the floor mats. Took them less than 5 minutes. They didn’t wipe down the dash, steering wheel, console or the back of the seats! My backseats weren’t even vacuumed or wiped. I could have done all that at home for free and I should have. Wasted $31 + tip. I could have paid $8 at the Exxon and went through their car wash. I have used the Auto Bell in midtown and my car always looked amazing afterwards. I am very disappointed. I should have said something but I didn’t want to complain to a bunch of 15 year olds. I won’t be back. ***Edited to add: Just look at the front of my car….there are still bugs stuck to the hood and the mirrors. Gross. What a joke.
