Such a great experience after the horrible service at another location. Like night and day, this was the Autobell service I'm used to. I even got my car scent this time. Great value and service

Spent $50 and they didn’t even lift the mats to vacuum the interior. Also still had tree sap on the front of my car. I asked the guy if he could remove it, he said “it’s just tree sap”. I then started removing it with my finger nail and wiping it off. He just wiped behind that. This package was also supposed to include fragrance. When I started driving off, I realized they didn’t even ask which one I wanted nor did they spray any. I had to go back. Such an awful experience and waste of money. They weren’t even busy yet as this was Sunday morning.

Great price. I went here on a Saturday expecting the wait to be long and it actually moved pretty quickly. They detailed the inside of my truck up to standards. I would definitely come back and let them clean it again.

I purchase the full service . The Middle console was still dirty and wet and wasn’t vacuum.windows was still dirty and was wipe properly. Dashboard was still dusty I have pictures to prove it.i won’t be back to this location.

If the question is "Would I go back again" The answer is a resounding yes! Staff are always polite and work to get me in and out in a short period of time. I always make it a point to tip them well for all the hassles they go through, demanding customers, non tipping customers and non appreciative customers that are rude and complain constantly. I've been a customer for over 6 years and have not had any issuesthat were not resolved calmly and professionally. They want to do their job right as much as you want it done right. If you heard those complaints from the other side you might get slightly annoyed but they just say ok and run you through again. Do you thank them for the extra work or just drive off. put yourself in his place and see if you could be nice after a person was rude to you. They do a great job in a short period of time. It's a great service and I gladly pay them each time. The time they save me is worth it. you go to the south Blvd location THAT'S where I auto bell!
