I’ve been living at Admiral Place Apts for 2 yrs and my experience has been awesome! Everyone in the office is nice and friendly, Taran, Angel, & Lashawn, they treat you like family and whenever I put in a maintenance request they’re always on top of my request, I don’t have to call much. I also want to particularly shoutout one maintenance guy, Joey Oliver, he is a definite asset to the company. Several times when I called, he came out and always went above and beyond. He doesn’t seal up the issues, sink dripping or sprayer old, but he thoroughly assess the situation and resolve the problem, he takes pride in his work. They’ve also recently changed management and the new company is very sympathetic and sincere with helping families navigate COVID challenges that they’ve experienced. They worked with their tenants and government agencies in assisting and getting them aid to avoid eviction. Let me also add, that I’ve never had a roach or rodent issue since I’ve been here and my neighbors don’t have those issues either 😊

Completely unsafe, I woke up Saturday morning to the light mixture being completely of the wall and right above the expose electrical wire is two small holes where water is leaking from the unit directly above me. I completed an emergency maintenance work order even called and left a message Saturday morning, it’s now Monday and I’m yet to have someone from maintenance repair the issues and last time I checked water and electricity don’t mix. My closet door was removed over 3 months ago after several calls to rental office and work order placed to resident portal I still have no door 👿.

I applied at Admiral Place Apartments back in early January where I had the opportunity to meet Ms Hayes who had a pleasant smile and great professionalism. At the time that I applied I knew I had some discrepancies on my rental history that I was trying to resolve and I couldn't understand why It was there and Ms Hayes said just apply and try you meet the income requirement so let's just see what happens. I was denied but Ms Hayes went above and beyond and I received an email from her to contact rentgrow.com to see what the issue was; this is the first time that I've ever seen this report for rental history (So you have your regular credit report and then you have your rental history that can prevent you from getting approved for apartment); and I was able to dispute the actions that was on my rental history and within 48 hours the problem got resolved and I was approved for the apartment for $500 deposit thanks to Ms Hayes. Not only that Ms Hayes made sure my apartment was ready for my move in date. Great job👍
