This has been horrible couple of years. It has literally "rained" in my apartment 4 times. The above apartment had tub overflow, then construction worker forgot to shut off water. Horrible mold problem, which caused a decline in my health. At this time, my garbage disposal doesn't work, dishwasher doesn't work, ants could carry me away, and sliding doors never stay on track. This property is as bad as Cambridge or any section 8 housing; screaming, yelling and cops about every night. The management will not take money off of rent owed, even after all these problems. I can't wait to move! Do Not move into this apartment complex.

I moved into pheasent run a year and a half ago. At first the apartment complex was not bad and the staff seemed alright but then i ran into problems with being blamed for noise complaints that i couldnt of done because i was working two jobs at the time. Any time i emailed them or put in a request with questions or things that needed to be fixed they never answered or ahowed up. I dont know why but it was that way the entire time i lived there. They kept charging me for a wifi motom i didnt have and had multiple comversations with them over but still being charged. I dont know why but my lease ended june 1st and they are charging me tent for after that time even though i do not love there past that point. On top of that occupents in apartment 1559 are very loud aggressive and it was very unsafe living next to them. Multiple times i wad woken up from sleep to the male trying to kick the door down because the women wouldnt open it because of their issues also they leave their trash out in the hallway for weeks at a time before it is removed causing the hallway and apartment to stink. I DO NOT reccomend if you want a carefree environment to live in and feel safe. They are unprofessional and just dont care about you and your needs.

This place is horrible. Water damage ceilings. Heater and air conditioning problems every couple months. The one on call maintenance guy that will just ruin your apartment more than fix it. You can call the office a million times and get no where with them. You just have to remind them every week. Dryer has been out for 4 weeks and not only will the second party washer and dryer company say it’s a maintenance problem rather than their problem. Almost $900 for a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom is a joke.

Wow this is the first apartment complex I have lived in in 15 years with an ACTUALLY FAST response time for maintenance concerns, Jesse was on top of my very small list of things I wanted adjusted at my move in walkthrough. The staff is friendly and informative, the grounds are clean, and the facility's are always taken care of. If you are looking for a place in the area I strongly encourage you to be my neighbor here.

You get the local internet service they provide. You can also choose the Tier you want: 1,2,3,4 according to your likes. One is basic, 4 includes movie and sports channels. It is included in the rent.
