Do not move to this place. I lived here 2 years literally everything in that apartment was falling apart and maintenance no matter how many times you put a request never showed up to fix anything. Neighbors are loud and rude no matter what time of the day. It’s not worth what they charge for rent.

Moved here looking for a fresh start thinking it would be amazing.. since I’ve moved here my rent changes every month! I’m being charged for things i shouldn’t and when talked to with the leasing office it takes forever for it to be situated IF they even return a call.. the tenants are disgusting and leave trash, furniture ( of all kinds) and everything else in the hallway. I’ve seen several bugs.. i even had a bat flying around in my unit and it took a entire day for them to call and come to my unit to address the problem. The leasing office workers i haven’t had a issue with but things aren’t done efficiently around here..there’s no cameras on the floor of the hallways just first floor entry huge safety concern.. it’s not worth the money they are charging to live here At all. My experience thus far has been horrible would not recommend anyone to move here.. they have so much to improve with these apartments!! The hallways and buildings aren’t cleaned as much as they should be because I’m seeing the same trash from two weeks ago still sitting there. When calling to complain about such things their recommendation was to purchase a ring doorbell for my door to record what was going on.. TERRIBLE Apartments

I wouldn’t recommend staying here, I’ve been here for almost two years and the roach problem is out of control. I’ve never seen a roach until I moved here. I have loud neighbors , the walls are very thin. I’ve made complaints but they go ignored. The people in the building don’t clean up after their dogs. Garbage bags left outside. My tub backs up with dirt and idk what else. . Pictures from garbage sitting in the halls for days. Person above me bangs on the floor from 1-3 am . When I first moved in I only paid electric since then they started using this company to charge tenants for common area gas, light, pest control . I’m never home and I pay $90 just for gas now. Common area light on top of my own light bill . I can go on but won’t .. I supposed to be moving out after receiving a notice to pay or move with 3 months left in my lease.
