This Dunkin is the worst one in the area. Some of the employees are really rude. Don’t work in customer service if you don’t like interacting with people. They also don’t care how they put the donuts in the bag. I ordered a chocolate donut and the donuts were upside down. When I took them out of the bag, the chocolate was practically gone. The donuts weren’t fresh either. They were cold and hard. I’ve had this experience several times.

This location is closest to my home but I’d rather drive further to another location due to terrible service. Absolutely terrible… the employees are rude. They don’t know how to do they’re job. I ordered a macchiato and all I got was milk and sugar with a dash of espresso. Gave It back to fix just for her to add iced coffee to It. For all the coffe lovers out there, you know there is a big difference in the taste of espresso and regular brewed coffee. Gave It back for a refund and the employee just walked away from me. The manager was dumbfounded then eventually provided a refund. I ended up being late to work with no coffee. Defiantly a lesson learned to no longer come here. So please save your time, money, and energy and go to another location. Even Starbucks. They never fail me and the prices are now just about the same.

Last time I came to this location. Staff is very rude. If they have a bad day don’t take it out on customers. I go there to get a coffee not ruin my day. I wanted to try something new and couldn’t even get a second to think what I wanted to order. If you don’t like your job find a different one that you like.

Ordered a hot tea and breakfast sandwich. The girls taking my order was super rude. This was at 7:50 am. When I got to work and tried my “tea”. Turns out the gave me black coffee.. I called their location 3 times with no answers. I don’t now how they got tea and cofee mixed up. There were no other customers in line ordering in the drive thru
