This location is the worst and this lastest issue is the last straw as my package was stolen by someone who works for at this location. From packages being delivered damaged to BS notifications that deliveries were attempted this FedEx location seriously needs to get its act together.

Ground service is absolutely terrible. The driver throws packages at our door and we are a business! He also recently delivered a package that was for a totally different address. We called FedEx 3x to report so they’d pick up and deliver to correct address. Never showed up. We finally called the intended recipient who picked it up and was very appreciative because she also had no response from FedEx for her misdelivered package. Our particular driver is rude and unprofessional. Packages often arrive in poor condition. I am a shipping company and would never use this service!

My driver said he tried to deliver a package 3 times which I know is not true as I work from home. I am always here and have 2 dogs that bark if someone walks be in the street. No call tags or anything, said I wasn't home. Made me go pick it up 45 mins away. Even the customer service saw that he didn't leave any call tags, just said he tried to deliver.

Initially, I placed an order with FedEx January 25, 2021. This package was never delivered to my home. I had to pickup the packet from a location completely out my way on February 11, 2021. I stayed home, missing work, missing doctors appointments, waiting on this package & all I received was a text of attempted delivery with no knock, no doortag or sign of the FedEx vehicle. I would have never thought anything of it til I placed another order, March 15, 2021. This time I made sure to stay outside. I witnessed a FedEx truck & van enter my complex then turn left. In my complex there are four buildings with different addresses on each & each building has the same apartment numbers, thus there are 3 other residents that share my apartment number, not address. I didn't walk to the two buildings on the far side because that's a long walk & I honestly assumed if you work for FedEx you can read addresses. I was wrong because I never received this package. In fact, I requested for the item to be held & the day I went to retrieve it, it had been shipped back to sender. April 15, 2021 I order an item & FedEx was the only shipping option. This package is on it's final delivery attempt when I called in yesterday to file a complaint against the drivers who aren't doing their job & ask for my package to be held today so I can pick it up. I give FedEx a 1 star & if you can help it choose a different option for packages. They don't want our business, which we see in their actions.

Go to the fedex ground company ask at the door if they are already in Graund they give it to you.
I was given three different times. The last person said 8AM to 9PM but I would not trust these times. Late morning to mid afternoon should be good. Try to call FedEx customer service. I don't have that number.
