Exceptional hi-fi audio showroom, probably the best in Miami. The guys working there went above and beyond to make sure I am 100% satisfied with my purchases. They even went so far as to accept a return on an "open box" item that did not fit me well, which was unexpected. Frederico and Eric in particular are great to work with. Definitely my go-to place for any and all hi-fi sound needs in the future.

I called this place today- I've called here twice in the last couple years. Haven't spent a cent here. The same guy helped me both times. I don't remember his name but I remembered his voice. Both times I was spoken to with respect, not rushed, answered in detail. The shop looks beautiful in the pictures online, like a place I'd love to live in. I have a nice system but if you have this affliction- you know who you are- more upgrades are a certainty. My point? I've been treated so well as just some ham and egger on the telephone who asks too many questions, that I won't even consider going any where else when the time comes to needlessly part with more of my money.

Absolutely blown away by Deja Vu's hospitality, knowledge, and selection of both home and personal audio. I went to this store in the Miami design district recently to audition Grado, Audeze, and HiFiMan headphones. The owner Eric gladly offered me all of his headphones for the next hour or 2, along with choice of beverage while I sat in my own private listening area streaming all of my favorite tunes. Which was great because I really got an idea of their sound signature and comfort that you don't necessarily get at other retailers. Also, there was no pressure to buy anything on my first visit (even though Eric offered me a great deal!) Overall, I wholeheartedly recommend Deja Vu audio to anyone in the Miami area looking for high-end, audiophile grade equipment and wanting to buy local from someone like Eric who is genuinely interested in his customers' satisfaction and overall experience.
