The Highlands is a absolute great place to live. I lived there for 5 years with my husband and daughter and we loved it. Everyone is very friendly especially the managers and maintenance staff who always went above and beyond. They were always ready to help and responded immediately. The grounds were kept beautiful and the units were always kept clean. The Amenities were always so nice to have and enjoy. I can not say enough of great things about the Highlands.

I have been living in the highlands for 3 weeks since moving from my home and neighborhood of 30 years. I needed a safe comfortable community for myself and my dog. I searched the Pascack Valley area for long time to find the right fit .The very first moment I met Lisa she assured me I found it ! Lisa showed me the property and all it has to offer, she answered every question and was very patient with me since apartment living was new to me. Angie welcomed me and made me feel at home also helping me with my many questions and keeping me up to date with all the happenings here at the Highlands The property is beautiful and well maintained. There are many social gatherings which makes you feel like you are in a neighborhood. I never have a problem with parking and I love the amenities. Robert and Malik made sure my apartment was up and running prior to move in.They are here to help quickly with any maintenance issue . Both Willie and I Love our new home at the Highlands it is a perfect fit!

We had problems with the property management where we previously lived, so working with Angie Papa and Lisa Lynch was a pleasant surprise. They are competent, friendly and a pleasure to work with. The Highlands apartment complex is clean and beautifully kept. The maintenance staff are responsive and the amenities are great. So what’s not to like? Start by meeting Angie and Lisa. You won’t regret it!

I've been living at The Highlands almost a year now. I feel very safe and enjoy living here. The complex is very well kept and all of the employees are so customer service oriented and on top of things. My heat went off one night and Robert came right over and fixed it. Lisa and Angie are both great and very accommodating, I actually called one time when I was away to see if someone could put my heat on because it had gotten so cold unexpectedly and sure enough when I got home my apartment was warm and cozy. Thanks for making this a nice place to live!
