Strongly NOT recommended! The property looks outdated and unkempt, the management team seems nice at the beginning but is rude and extremely unprofessional, the unit I was shown had a terrible smell and a window facing a brick wall, so depressing....

If you are looking for a relaxing place to feel comfortable in your own home and be able to have company over or listen to some music and be relaxed this is not the place. Managers are so rude and don’t try to help you even tho your giving them businesses it’s almost like they don’t care at all. The neighbors are always in your businesses and complain about nearly everything. Neighbors will try and be nice to you and get to know you only to complain about any little thing they can find. If you live in the studio apartment people will complain about your animals and any little thing they can find to complain about. The inside of the apartments are beautiful and so are the bathrooms and kitchens . But it is not worth living here due to all of the things I listed.

I just left the premises after being stood up for an appointment with Albert that I scheduled Friday. When I called to let him know I was here (5 minutes after our appointment) he informed me a deposit was placed on the unit I was interested in. I said I’d still love to look at an apartment as I’d driven 45 minutes to get here & he told me he wasn’t in the office. I asked him if he could come in at which point he disappeared from the phone. Unfortunately, the disengaged, dull, lack of enthusiasm I picked up on in our initial phone exchange was a foreshadowing of his unprofessional, disregard for others. I would never consider or recommend anyone to these apartments if this is how a property manager feels he can treat his clients.

The apartment was nice and location is great but the management just can’t get it together. We lived there for 13 months and in that time went through THREE property managers. This becomes difficult when you are trying to leave and you signed a contract 2 mangers ago. When trying to dispute an outrageous security deposit deduction I had to speak with the newest installment of management Albert. This guy seemed to have no patience, knowledge or care. I would love to recommend the location but I just can’t due to the horrible management that seems to be on a revolving door.
