Staff and maintenance are very helpful and kind. Apartments are updated and there are some amenities on site that we don't have to pay for. I like how it is pet friendly and there is a dog park for my dog to run around in.

Can not believe these people are charging $1900+ for a one bedroom. I lived there for three years and would never spend that kind of money for one of those plain, old, unsophisticated apartments. There are almost no amenities and the interiors are outdated. Spend your money elsewhere and not on one of these bum, distressed apartments. Absolutely ridiculous.

I lived here for one year. Apartments are ok I guess. Not anything amazing, but functional. My one bedroom apartment was 1,000 square feet, which is perhaps the largest one bedroom I've come across in north Jersey. Bedroom and living room/dining area were spacious, although I had to opt for a TV stand in front of my queen size bed instead of a dresser because I wasn't sure there would've been enough space for one. Kitchen was an ok size but the bathroom was cramped. There was no pantry in the kitchen so I had to use the hallway closet to store food. The washer and dryer are located at the end of the kitchen, which is a bit weird. There are very few amenities and no central A/C or heating. Apartment only includes one wall A/C in the living room. There is a space in the bedroom where you can install your own A/C if you should choose to buy one. The thermostat in the living room controls the baseboard heating units throughout the apartment. I believe management controls when the heat gets turned on; on a couple of occasions during the summer it got pretty chilly during the night and I had to go buy a space heater because no heat would come out of the baseboard heating units. My apartment didn't have an "upgraded kitchen" so all of the appliances were white and looked basic. Apartment as a whole looked basic, plain, and outdated. The absolute worst thing about these apartments is how thin the walls are. I could hear the floors creak when the people up stairs would walk around their apartment. I could also hear their dryer spinning and shaking whenever they used it, when they slammed doors, dropped things on the floor, and open/closed their hallway closet door. I can not emphasize enough how absolutely infuriating and triggering this was on a daily basis. This alone is the reason why I could never recommend this place to anyone. On a positive note, the company hired to remove snow from the parking lots and sidewalks did a good job for the most part. Overall, these apartments are an ok place to stay for a year while you figure out your next move but I could never picture myself living there long term. They're not really worth the money and if you're willing to spend what they're asking you can do better.

I did enjoy my time living here as the neighborhood was quiet, clean and friendly. The apartments were spacious. I did find that the ventilation of the stove/oven was poor as we would set off the fire alarm with every use. When a project needed done in the apartment Jimmy Dean was awesome! He was prompt and professional with repairs. The complex was prompt to remove snow and ice during the winter. I did find they did do many projects and inspections that would require them coming into our apartment almost monthly. When we were ready to move out to obtain a house all of my positive experiences ended. Its been 4 months and I have yet to receive my security deposit. We left the apartment in better condition than when we moved in. Every time I inquire about it they tell me they send out/process checks on Friday. Well look how many Fridays have come and gone. Good luck to all of those who are already there. I am extremely disappointment in their responses and management over this situation.
