Horrible experience waited so long and hearing the one staff member cursing and complaining about customers who waited LONG TIME for there order and wasn't acknowledged until she had to go up to them. I go to this dunking often and honestly 75% of the time my order is wrong and they give u attitude when u try to explain. Please do something thank u

I always order from mobile to make it easier so I don’t have to wait around. Most of the time half of my order is missing, I usually give them about a 20 min head start, I always have to ask where the rest of my order is and I’m usually met with the eye roll and irritation. It’s not my fault that none of the employees who are all children can’t seem to pay attention long enough to fulfill orders. There have been numerous times that I couldn’t get anyones attention and I didn’t have time to wait around so I left with only part of my order. Not sure who the manager is but the entire staff needs to be retrained. If I could I would go to a different Dunkin but this is the only one closest on my way to work.

This place is a hangout for employees friends service to order good but to get your items you sometimes have to remind the staff as they’re busy socializing!
