The team workouts are the best. Megan, Ivy and Mike really take the time to explain each exercise and make sure you do it right. The gym is always clean and there is a lot of equipments!

nice gym, but I really wish they would get curved adjustable barbells instead of all of these straight ones, the rigid fixed curved barbells are not nearly as good. Also, bathrooms are dirty and no toilet paper half of the time

I have to say this Fitness center has me head over heels in fitness . Great staff ( Lauren ) . This gym is immaculate . Attention to detail . Extremely clean . Great personal trainers . I absolutely would give this place a 10 star review . Highly recommended.
