Every time I get to volunteer at the soup kitchen I feel like I make a difference to the people that come. But more importantly they and the soup kitchen gives me so much more back. I love being there.

If you’re in college full time and working, volunteer somewhere else they will work you like a Hebrew slave here. They will have you unloading trucks and washing dishes. They also micromanage volunteers. I signed up to distribute food and serve food. The service hours needed for my school require interaction with the public. The Palm Beach County Food Bank on Gator Rd in Lantana is a better option and much more organized if you need service hrs.

Yes, there is absolutely no fee ever charged to anyone for any of our programs. You may come to TSK between Monday and Saturday, 9am-12Noon for hot meals, grocery bags, breads, veggies & fruit & desserts. No questions asked, no matter what your circumstances.

We had our Christmas celebration Yesterday with Santa, 300 Volunteers and 1155 kids and 5000 presents and left overs to take to more kids in Pahokee. Please come if you are 16 years old or more with working shoes and hair protection. Happy Holidays
You have to be at least 16 in order to volunteer there. Kitchen equipment and heavy lifting must be done by someone who are able to do such things
We'll be handing out a few this Saturday the 13th. You don't need to register but come with your son/daughter early.
