It's a new building. It is known as a famous restaurant for grilled clams. The taste is as good as it is said. It is recommended as a place to enjoy delicious meals and family because there are large lakes and parks nearby.

Nice place! Overcooked my steak a bit, but my lobster tail was well seasoned! Good hang out spot!

We had absolutely no idea what Pub 199 had in store for us. We felt like we walked into a blend of a VFW, a college cafeteria, and a sports bar. We came for steaks and burgers and were very happy with our meals. The bacon cheeseburger was massive and had seemingly a quarter pound of bacon on it. The fries and onion rings were absolutely delightful. My mom had the t-bone steak and she picked the bone raw. The clams and lobster must be good because every other table was ordering them.

2nd time coming here. Ordered 2 dozen clams with lobster. [They had lobster today, so best to call beforehand to make sure there is lobster if you want lobster] Clams came out first and once finished, the lobster came out. The tail was cut in half already. The rest of the body was filled with water which sort of made it fishy to my taste, but overall good. There's also porterhouse steak, snow crab and king crabs as well. Our server was nice and she came frequently as possible to refill drinks if needed, and clean up the plates when we were done as well. There's also animals mounted around the walls which you can smell when you first step in, but quickly get accustomed to. Lastly, it is cash only~
