As a business owner myself I have NEVER dealt with a company that was so rude and unworthy of any one’s business. I was late on my payment and they came to get my car … When I spoke with Eric over the phone he was extremely rude, my Fiancé tried to call and speak with him and he told him he didn’t have to explain anything to him and hung up. When I showed up at the office to retrieve my belongings I spoke with Chad who said that I could get the vehicle back under a few terms which I met ALL OF THEM. When I told them I would be there in a hour he called back and stated because of where I worked they couldn’t give the car back (NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I EVER HEARD THIS) I also let them know that I had my own business they refused to accept proof of that. They didn’t feel like I would have the money to get the car back before the “10 days” they gave me in such a timely manner so now they needed another excuse I am seriously disgusted and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to shop here. After speaking about them publicly I learned I’m not the only one they’ve done this to.
