Could be but that wouldnt be long for them to check they may not charge anything for an easy diagnosis. If there is a serious issue they will figure it out and give you the cheapest solution around.
Yes. They installed a stereo in my truck a few years ago. They tinted the windows in my truck and are currently tinting the windows in my Buick LaCross. They do good work.

Yes, Prices depend on the make/model unit. Dont forget to add an amplifier and speakers! They also have the new Escort 360 CI remote laser/radar detector system.
I don't think they will charge you to let you know how much it would be to fix it. At least up to a point. But don't quote me
