I was having issues with my alternator on my 2004 Silverado and the Folks at Rock Hill Auto took care of it right away for me. They diagnosed the issues, consulted me on the problem, and I gave them the green light to fix the problem. They had it taken care of within hours and back on the road. The cost was fair and the service was great. They are not pushy and just fix what needs to be fixed. Would recommend them to anyone for service or repairs. EDIT: I have been a customer here now for over 4 years and have always been well taken care of. The owners obviously take a lot of pride in their shop, because they provide great service which is always above and beyond normal expectations. The managers are great to work with and always provide me with a great explanation of any potential issues I may need to be concerned about with my vehicles. Dwight and Ryan specifically always take the time to answer my questions related to repairs and potential issues and give me really great technical explanations for why things may be failing or need attention. It feels good to know I am not being taken advantage of every time I bring my cars in like some mechanics tend to do. Also, the 3 year 36,000 mile warranty from an independent shop is unheard of around here. That alone tells you they actually do care about their customers and backing up their work.

We would be able to give you an accurate estimate so that you can make an informed decision as to if it is worth keeping a vehicle with high miles on it. Much like any car shop, its gonna take a couple hours. My suggestion is you make an appointment to make sure you and the guys here have time. As for cost, it will depend on the issue and what they need to do, but these boys do a bang up job at what they do.
