Was told 45 mins for oil change and tire rotation. Took 3 hours and they couldn’t lift my truck to rotate tires. Not a great experience.

I had my oil changed in July 2018. My sticker says I have to have another on on 11/11/18 at mileage of 45.236. It is now 2/06/19 and my mileage is 43,326. At what point to I come in for an oil change
