Left my mail and packages on my side porch to get soaking wet in the rain. Could have put it on the front porch which was covered! Didn’t even knock to let me know they were delivered.

So it is Monday at 10:35 pm on July 25th. So there was no mail delivery today to my complex at all. A package that was supposed to be delivered yesterday and wasn't was supposed to be redelivered today and wasn't! I don't understand how this happens. I guess that saying about rain , shine , sleet or snow they will always deliver your mail is a lie. Not happy at all with this. Can't wait until tomorrow so I can hear what the excuse will be this time!

Not sure anyone looks forward to going to the post office but this one is a great facility, very clean and up-to-date. I have mixed emotions about the staff. Today there were two people working the desk. The gentleman was super nice. The lady was okay - bit short with a couple customers but not rude. The wait in line was a bit excessive but otherwise a 4-star experience. Given the other area post offices this one is a notch above.
