Was 10 min after close and was met by Ruben the manager at the door who told me they couldn't help me - through the glass although there were other customers inside. Was literally just trying to pick up a paid for order, which I communicated and was told no.... quality customer service.

My husband and I were in the store Sept. 6th and Danielle helped us upgrade our phones. She was very thorough and very helpful. She made our trip very pleasant. I had to return on the 7th because my Apple Watch froze while I was trying to sync it with my new phone. Ruben helped me get this corrected. He was very pleasant, professional and accommodating. We have been to this store multiple times and this was the best experience we have had at this Verizon store. Our experiences in the past have been BP very lack luster and we felt like they just wanted to get us what we needed and out of their hair. I understand Ruben is the manager, and I think he’s made the customer support there top notch.

Yes you can, but not needed you can walk in and they will help you anytime of the day. No appointment needed unless you wanting to get in and back out.
The plus is bigger and the plus camera has a few features that the regular phone doesn't have. Like portrait mode

It is a Verizon store. The service has always been very good, and the employees are very knowledgeable.
