2 stars because I do like the people that work the property but that is it! In the beginning it was great but as time goes on it is not. Yes the downstairs is useless in the winter with no heat and being so cold but that's not the biggest issue. The biggest for me is safety. It has gone downhill and the neighbors in here don't make my family or myself feel safe except for a small handful. There is also a problem with the water but there is always the same response "it is what you are putting down the drain it is not the water" then they put stuff in your drain and burn it leaving the apartment smelling funky for hours to just have the same issue. Pipes rattle and wistle as well. Can barely use it at all now with the smell and taste it has. Birds get into the furnace room and are told there is no way they are coming in but yet they are there with the proof when they come look. Wasps are also a huge issue. The way of taking care of it is to give you a can of spray which doesn't work if you can't get to where the hives are. Also make sure to ask about hidden fees on everything. Their contracts say 1 thing and then other things get added. Also there are large cracks in the walls from the apartments settling. There is no fix to it. When mentioned they say the can patch it but they reappear. Take close look at walls, around windows and doors as well.

They offer services that then do not comply and maintenance leaves much to be desired. In the two-bedroom apartments, the living room is completely useless in winter since it hardly has any heat. Very unrecommended place. The price does not deserve false promises. 04.01.2022 Reply: Since I can't replicate your answer, I'm re-editing my review. We already talked via email about the problems that exist in the neighborhood. And nothing has been done about it. So we prefer to leave to have more problems. 04.20.2022

After a while living here I am really disappointed with the property manager. We were having different security issues, and we felt scared for our kids. That was a situation the property knew before we signed our lease, but once we did it, nobody takes any responsibility on that! And they asked us to pay for moving out!!!! SUPER UNFAIR SITUATION!!! After 7 months living here, it's sad because the location is perfect for us, but the community management does not take responsibility for any problems you may have while living here. Again, the location is fine, the apartments could be too, but I think the resident is not thought of, which is a shame as it could be a fantastic place to stay.

LOVE my place! I was looking for something like this before I decide to buy a House. Nice neighbors, Lori, the manager, answers phone calls and e-mails ridiculously fast 😃! My dog was accepted without question. I have seen also pit bulls around, GSD and I don’t think they are judgmental about pit bulls at all. The apartment is huge for me and my partner. A few things not working properly when I move in, were fixed within 3 days. I also had a neighbor complaining about “ noisy “ nights coming from my apartment and the manager addressed the situation as it should be. We are very pleased ! I definitely recommend it.
