I lived here for a few years. They never wanted to fix anything. The maintenance men were incompetent. There was a guy named Charles who was always drunk coming to do repairs. I see Fran Moore submitted a review below gave hisself 5 stars google should flag it. My bath tub in my main bathroom fell through the ceiling. I left and purchased a house.

You have to put in a application then there is a waiting list 3 years they gave 3 and4 bedroom they go by your income
