My experience was quite arduous to say the least. At times, it became quite a feat just to secure an established appointment on several occasions. I relish consistency and promptness. The last component was in which I came during a snowstorm last year to finish before moving into Simpson Gardens. My scheduled appointment was blatantly disregarded. I rang and called the leasing office agent to no avail. she would not pick up the phone. I then had to leave .Yet, All the effort and established information I had obtained over months was disregarded. I then left after waiting more than an hour and calling repeatedly to no avail. Sometimes, life experiences will show you foreseeable predictions of what may be. This particular mood in taking light of others, may have been a prelude in preparation of what may become, Why is that individuals who are in position to aid and help consumers, always have a self-aggrandising disposition? It's truly disheartening because I spent months gathering various documents, traveling back and forth on numerous occassions to cancelled appointemnts by the agent. I am sure nepotism and cronyism played a major part in the decision of my application.
