This business deserves ZERO stars! They will have you come look at a place without any intention of selling it! The first issue was that they asked us to come see the mobile home two hours before the appointment, because this guy told his wife to meet us at the wrong time. We come to look at the mobile home and her story is that they already have a buyer but want to have a backup buyer for if it falls through. She told us that it’s worth more than the appraisal will say because they’ve had their own appraisal. She asked if we had $20,000 to pay out of pocket, so they can try to get extra money. She said they are asking for $20,000 more than the appraisal amount

Paul's Mobile home sales, if I had to pick one word to describe them it would be fantastic. Paul, his wife and crew are the best. They did a beautiful job at renovating my mobile home and even though it was sold "as is" there were a few issues that I found and Paul and his crew were right on it to fix them for me. Whenever I had questions about anything Paul was right there to help answer them for me. If you have a chance to buy one of his restorations I would recommend that you do. 👍
