Very disappointed that Dermatology Group in Riverdale has been taken over by Schweiger Dermatology. It was previously so easy to schedule appointments, when I recently scheduled it was through a call center and took nearly 15 minutes. Now I'm trying to pay a bill and have to wait for a call back. IT'S ALL ABOUT THE MONEY. Two days attempting to get info regarding a bill that was paid. Currently on hold for 22 minutes, have tried to use the "convenient " call back feature but no one calls back. Hold time was 10 minutes 23 minutes ago. NO STARS.

Dr. Dundon is friendly and educated. Unfortunately the staff is unprofessional, and trying to make an appointment is impossible with the call center. They won't get back to you with test results, including cancer. I went for simple culture and was late for my appointment. After waiting for the receptionist to finish a call with a patient, she said horrible things about once hanging up; she told me, "who are you? You are late. The PA will be mad; let me see what's going on back there; they took you off the schedule". I sat down to hear, "I'm not seeing her"! The receptionist didn't say anything to me, and I had to ask her if that unprofessional statement from either Andrea or her assistant was about my appointment. I was told to leave due to the "10 min rule". I was 20 mins late; had they approached me professionally, I would have understood and rescheduled. I have been to the derm group in Morristown for other appointments, and the "10 min rule" must only apply to the physicians and PAs as the wait is always 45 mins or longer. Both the patient's and the provider's time are equally important. I was also told two days prior that they would call me back to squeeze me in, not once but three times that day, and they never called. Unprofessional and rude staff. Find another group that cares about how they treat their patients.

I went on June 16th to see a dermatologist for the first time. I was given two ointments and that never helped me at all and I got a huge bill to pay from my pocket mentioning surgery which I didn’t even undergo. Made 100s of calls to various departments asking for explanation after two months they got back saying you need to check with insurance. I dont recommend them to any friends or family as the problem would never be cured and they dont take or help you with complaints/concerns or feedbacks. They are very expensive too very very unhappy with their treatment. I usually don’t write any reviews but Easter my time, money and energy on them and didn’t want anyone to go through the same thing.

I saw Megan Offray. She was friendly and to the point. Immediately confirmed my suspicion of the issue and prescribed treatment. Appointment was very quick and I didn't have to wait around.

They belong to Amerigroup insurance mainly that's why they are awful here look somewhere else too
