Excellent staff. Bought a Ram. Rich Rodriguez was sales rep. Knowledgeable, helpful, wanted to make us happy but didn't seem pushy. Sales manager and general manager both checked in with us and were aware of our situation. Tom the finance guy was also friendly and helpful. Extremely pleasant and satisfying experience.

Worst service when it comes to information and getting a call back. Have called 4 times been put on hold forever and no return calls from voice-mail too. Horrible. And rude responses on call!!! Unacceptable And why would I want to call you back after I get no responses to 3 days and only get a comment on this public review!!!!
