If you have a pet.....Take them to Middletown Vet! I will forever take my pets here and if I could I would give 10 stars. My puppy (8 months) recently had to get an emergency surgery due to a Urethral Prolapse. I was super scared of the cost, because I hear so many nightmarish stories. This place has to absolutely understand and don't take advantage like most places. The cost was $2000 less than others and I cried in relief when they gave me my estimate. They took my Major in the night before and had his surgery completed the next day. All instructions neatly printed out and easy to follow along with his meds and the staff answered any of my worried questions with kindness. I love this place and would whole heartedly recommend anyone to go.... we thank you all for all that you do Love, MAJOR

I have been fostering a dog for over a year now and when he suddenly became very ill with kidney disease, the rescue that is responsible for him sent me to Middletown Veterinary Hospital for his treatment. I am so impressed with the level of professionalism and care from all of the staff that I interacted with. They took such good care of my boy, and got him feeling much better than he was! Special shout-out to Nikki and also Dr. Galloway, who went above and beyond their normal protocol to help me get everything I needed to make sure my pup was taken care of. They truly are angels in disguise! I will be forever grateful to them for helping me during what was an extremely stressful time to say the least. I have complete confidence that my fur baby is in the best hands with them. Even though I live over an hour away, it's well worth the trip to ensure he gets the top notch care that they provide. Thank you so much Nikki, Dr. Galloway, and the rest of the crew at Middletown Vet for being the best at what you do! You definitely earned 5+ stars from Mojo and I!

Definitely not the place to go if your pet needs more than a regular yearly check up. They are waaaay too busy and dismiss things too early on. My cat gets very stuffed up and wheezy and she has been in this vet multiple times, every time they do the same thing of telling me they dont know whats going on, even put her under to check if she had 'polyps' that were causing the weird breathing. Nothing found after $200, they also gave me a bunch of her bloodwork and handed her back off to me without explaining a thing that they did or anything about the bloodwork. Definitely not worth waiting around to be seen an hour after your actual appointment time.

Especially love Dr. Johnny! (Of course Dr. Beste too!!) My Lola is comfortable with him and trusts him,he gives her thorough care, figuring out a solution for her issues, and no muzzle needed 😲😁❣️

The staff at Middletown veterinary hospital are great. They are so friendly and make you feel like family. My 2 babies go for Aqua therapy every week and they enjoy it so much. My female baby just loves Eric...
One of my dogs was there before Christmas and had a checkup, nail's done, rabies shot and two meds for around 125 or 130 dollars
Honestly, we left this practice 5 months ago, due to severe misdiagnosed heart disease in one of my 11 year old dogs. She also needed a dental and we wanted 2 small warts removed. They scheduled the wrong dog for surgery and cancelled twice. Our estimate was $ 2,600. They have become highly incompetent and quality of care declined greatly. It's a revolving door, you never see the same vet. Techs are not trained well. This used to be an awesome hospital. That we entrusted our 6 pets lives to for years. Not anymore! !!!! I would never put my loved one under anesthesia here. Also prices are outrageous. I don't mind paying the price for excellent care. But, we don't get it here anymore. We left and got a 2nd opinion and now entrust all our furbabies to main street vet. Dr. Heller and his girls are amazing and prices are fair. Although I'm not sure what he charges for an older dog neuter.Being said , since he is 11 years old, any vet will require bldk, Iv. Cath. Good luck! ! ♡
Yes, with Dr. Rose. It's a 2 part vaccination series.
The clinic is further away from the veteran cemetery. The cemetery is closer to Bear Delaware while the veterinary is in middletown. I would say that it's about 15 to 20 minutes further down.
Their prices are very good. They are not to close to me but I eill not go anywhere else.
Call them and ask.
I'm not sure. Prices vary.
We do OFA for hip and elbows, but we do not certify the eyes. Thanks for your question!
It depends on the breed, temperament, and coat condition.
Middletown vet, dr. Beste is the best. I believe they have off hours urgent care too.
Unsure whn u posted but immediately take off regular food, feed boiled rice combined with either boiled chicken or beef to cook out all the fat until u can get him to vet for a stool analysis. Could be a virus, worms, bone sliver of u allow him to chew bones etc. The rice will bind him up and lack of fat should be easier on his digestion. This combo should replace his reg volume of food. Good luck.
Sweeten up his food with some table scraps if he eats people food.
If it's a baby tooth just leave it, it should fall out on its own. Same thing happened to my dog.
Believe it would depend on type of animal and weight as they knock em out to do it and then the number of pics they have to take.
