Apartments are disgusting! Mice, Bugs, mold etc.Management uses bandaids to fix issues, which pop back up in a week or 2. There is a lot of drugs in the building (legit being sold out of the laundry room), had my car broken into, people park in spots people pay for, or right behind them so they can’t move their vehicle to leave. Tenants are dirty and loud. Avoid at all costs. Worst apartment experience of my life.

Ok place. Smelly and dirty hallways

Pros. 1. Location - close to highways and malls. 2. Maintenance - quick and good. Cons. 1. Mice in the unit. 2. After a year lease, no month to month. Have to extend a year or move out. I asked to stay 1 more month, they asked extra $300. There's no flexibility.

Pulled in, lots of mattresses and couches by the dumpster, the mattresses still had covers and sheets, we proceeded to look at the apartment and you could see and smell that they had just treated for bed bugs so we got out of there quick.
